SCA founder member speaks to US Congress

In June, SCA founder member Dr. Aline Kuhl was delighted to be invited to speak to members of the US Congress at the International Conservation Caucus Foundation's (ICCS) Staff Briefing. Her talk, "The Saiga Antelope and political change in post-Soviet Central Asia and Russia" is now available to view on YouTube.
